Madison joined FIFS in 2022 as the Client Experience Liaison and transitioned to the Capital Advisor Group in May 2026, where she provides client service and administrative support. Madison holds a degree in Professional Writing from Kutztown University and says she enjoys working at FIFS because of the “friendly atmosphere that comes with being an employee.”
When Madison isn’t at work, she enjoys reading, dog-sitting, and playing cards with her family.
